Refund Policy

Effective September 12, 2026 · Last updated September 24, 2026

Nothing is charged today. The tester program is free — no card, nothing to refund. When general release opens on 11 January 2027, every new account starts with a 30-day free trial with no card up front, and nothing is charged during it either. A trial does not turn into a paid subscription on its own.

This is the policy that applies once you choose a paid plan and give us a card. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Who you are buying from

Weeksolved, a California sole proprietorship, is the seller. You buy from us, not from a reseller. Stripe processes the payment and runs the billing portal; we never see or store your full card number. Because we are the seller, a refund is our decision and not somebody else's policy — which is why this page is short.

30-day guarantee on your first payment

If a paid plan isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — monthly or annual, no hoops, no questions about why. One request by email is all it takes.

Canceling

Cancel any time in the billing portal inside your account — the same place you manage the subscription, no phone call and nobody to talk out of it. You can also cancel by emailing us from the address on the account.

Canceling stops the next charge. Your paid features run to the end of the period you have already paid for. If you would rather stop now and have the unused days back, ask and we will refund them pro-rata to the card you paid with.

Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation — export anything you want to keep inside that window.

Renewals, and the reminder before one

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Before every annual renewal we email the address on your account, between 45 and 15 days ahead, telling you what will be charged, when, and how to cancel.

If an annual renewal still catches you by surprise, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.

Upgrades and adding locations

Moving up, or adding a location mid-period? The unused time on what you are already paying for is credited pro-rata against the new amount, so you never pay twice for the same days. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.

The founding rate

Founding customers pay $29 per location per month, billed annually at $290 per location, and that rate is fixed for the first 12 months from the first payment. The 30-day guarantee applies to that first annual payment in full.

After the first year the subscription renews at the standard rate then in effect. We will tell you the new amount at least 30 days before it is charged, in the renewal reminder, so you can decide before any money moves, and the 14-day surprise-renewal window applies to that renewal exactly as it does to anyone else.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through Stripe to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We cannot send a refund to a different card or by another route — that is a rule of the card networks, not ours. You will get an email from us when we issue it.

If a charge looks wrong

Email us before you call your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and ends up in the same place: because we are the seller, the dispute comes to us and we answer it ourselves, from your account's records. A refund we agree takes minutes, and if we got it wrong we would rather fix it than argue about it.
