One flat price per location. Never per employee.

Unlimited staff, always. Employees never log in — only the manager does. A team of 8 and a team of 40 at one location pay exactly the same, and your 30th hire costs nothing.

In California, each workday a meal or rest break is missed owes that worker one extra hour of pay (Labor Code §226.7). One person at $20 an hour, one missed meal a week, is over $1,000 a year before any penalties — Weeksolved is $49 a month per location and builds the breaks into the week before you post it.

Every placement shows why. Print it, file it, hand it to anyone who asks.

The same price at any size

One location or ten, $49 a location a month. There is no volume tier to reach and nothing to negotiate — a schedule that spans locations still counts every person's hours once, across all of them.

Limited Founding customers

Five businesses join at $29 a location a month for their first year, billed annually at $290 a location — in exchange for a short reference once you're up and running. Offered by invitation to testers who have used Weeksolved for real; it is not transferable.

At general release, every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — no card required. Whenever your first payment happens, it's covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel any time after that; your data exports freely, always.

What's included

  • Drafts the whole week from your rules — availability, requests off, guaranteed hours, roles and licences, coverage minimums, and work patterns
  • Meal, rest, overtime and double-time rules built in for California, New York, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada and the federal baseline — including California's seventh-day rule and correct hours across the daylight-saving switch
  • Names the exact rule that stopped each person it could not place, then ranks the fixes — including multi-person swap chains and a one-press "fix everything that costs nobody anything"
  • Flags any shift that would break your house cap, your staffing window, or daily overtime and double-time rules, and warns about major holidays even before you set up a holiday list
  • Never rewrites a week you have already posted
  • Wall sheet, per-person handouts, PDF, CSV/XLSX with hours and overtime split (holiday pay included), and calendar files
  • PTO balances, a fairness ledger, and labor cost with the overtime and double-time split
  • Works offline. Setup is about ten minutes of questions

What it does not do

  • No time clock — it builds the week; it does not record who actually clocked in
  • No employee app — only the manager signs in
  • No messaging platform
  • No payroll-provider integration
  • Lists the missed-break premiums you may owe. It does not price or pay them

Weeksolved is scheduling software, not legal advice — you stay in charge of your own compliance. Prices in USD, plus any tax your location requires.

Why flat beats per-employee

Most scheduling tools charge per staff member per month and need every employee to install an app and keep a login. Weeksolved turns that round: only the manager signs in, and staff get their schedule by text, email, a printout or a calendar file. So there is nothing to count.

Fair questions

Is it really free right now?

Yes. During the tester program everything is free, with no card and no clock beyond your access code's window. Testers who stay on are exactly who the founding rate above is for.

What happens when the trial opens at general release?

On 11 January 2027, every new account gets 30 days free with no card required. If you decide not to continue, your data stays yours: schedules and team export as a spreadsheet or PDF whenever you want.

Do my employees need accounts?

No. Only the manager signs in. Staff get their schedules the way they already live — text, email, a printout, or a calendar file that drops shifts straight into their phone. Nothing to install, nobody locked out, and nobody to pay for.

Are the break rules part of the price, or an upgrade?

Part of the price. There is one plan, and this is what it does: your state's meal and rest break rules apply to every shift, on the free trial too. It was never going to be something we held back for more money.

How does the price change with more locations?

It doesn’t. $49 a location a month, or $470 a year, at one location or ten. Add a location and you pay for one more location; nothing else moves.

What's the founding customer offer?

Five businesses, invited from the tester program, join at $29 a location a month for their first year, billed annually at $290 a location, in exchange for a short reference once you're up and running. After the first year it renews at the standard price. It is offered by invitation and is not transferable.

What if it isn't right for us?

Your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Outside of that, cancel any time — you keep access through the period you already paid for, and your data exports freely, always.

Do managers or admins count as paid users?

There are no paid users at all. The price is for the location, so it does not matter how many people manage the schedule or how many staff are on it.
